Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you ship to my country?

We ship Worldwide!
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We offer Free worldwide shipping on orders above 100 EUR and for orders below that you may find rates here.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If the your order is above 100 EUR, we offer a Free Shipping.

What about customs?

If you are outside the EU, your order might be subject to import fees. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over it and it is customer's responsibility to handle customs process if it may occur.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shiped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number to track the package.

What if I need to initiate a return?

You have 30 days to return your products from the day they are delivered to you:

- If you are within the EU or Switzerland, you can use the returns label we include in the parcel together with your order.
- If you are outside the EU or Switzerland, send us an email to shop@nordicdots.com.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be issued after your return is received and inspected. It should then be visible on your account between 3-5 days. However, the refund process may take up to 28 day.

Are you a distributor, sport retailer or a reseller? If you are interested in carrying our products, please present your company, markets you cover and the volumes you are interest in.
