Refund policy

We offer 30-day return window from the day the package was received.
Returns are free for customers within EU, Switzerland, Norway and UK.
For customers from other countries, a return label fee of 15 EUR/USD will be deducted from the refund.

Make sure the items your are returning are unworn, unused, with tags attached! Padel rackets must have the original protective film on the handle with the barcode and the racket should have no signs of use.

Note! Once we receive a return, products will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the items show signs of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached. Refunds may take up to 20 days from the day we receive the return.
