* For orders outside of EU, taxes and duties that may be incurred by each country on imported items are the customer’s responsibility. Custom fees that may occur are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

If the items were not collected on time and were sent back, or if the customer doesn’t follow our return guidelines, we will charge €25 administration fee.


Return Policy

Every customer who made a purchase at nordicdots.com has the right to return the items within 30 days from the day of receiving the package. If you wish to exchange to another size/colour, just return the product and place a new order.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN EU & SWITZERLAND:
For your convenience we already include a return label at a special price of €5 in each package.
How to make a return?
1. Make sure all the items are in the original condition with all the hangtags and barcodes attached.
2. Pack the items you’d like to return and attach the label found inside the box.
3. Send the return package with DHL (Sweden, Germany), Colissimo (Switzerland, France), bpost (Belgium) or UPS (all other countries).

(!) We will issue a refund after the package is received and inspected. The return label fee of €5 will be deducted from the payout. We reserve the right to withhold an additional fee or refuse to refund if the items show marks of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached.

 

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU & SWITZERLAND:
We don't offer prepaid return labels 
and it is customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping cost. If you made a purchase outside of EU and Switzerland and wish to make a return, please email us to info@nordicdots.com for further instructions.
