For your convenience, we offer the most popular secure payment methods when shopping on our site. Card payment - credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners club, American Express), PayPal and Klarna Smooth Payments (Pay now, Pay later or Finance with Klarna). We also offer iDeal payment.

You can pay in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, DKK, NOK, JPY.
The default currency is EUR, you can switch to your preffered currency from the menu.

Your payment data is encrypted and protected with the highest security standards in order to secure your payment data safely.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us; we only collect, process and use your personal data for purposes that you’ve given prior consent to, such as for processing orders. Only where necessary, such as when we handle your order, is your personal data made available to carefully selected providers who only process your data as instructed and on behalf of us.

Shipping

We ship worldwide*. All the orders are fulfilled and shipped from our professional warehouse in Germany.
To ship orders we use DHL, Hermes International and Parcel One. Depending on your destination country the shipping method may vary.
* For orders outside of EU taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom fees that may occur are based on the total value of the products entering your country.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order along with a tracking number so you can trace your order.

Normally the time of delivery within EU is 2-4 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. Orders outside of EU may take longer. All orders are be trackable.

We hope you will love everything you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that products must show no signs of use, and be in the original condition as they were received (with hangtags and barcodes intact). Shipping cost for the returning items is the customers' responsibility. To request a refund please contact info@nordicdots.com for the further instructions. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
