We are excited to announce that the second generation of Model 99 is on its way.

After launching our first tennis racket — the original Model 99 — in October 2024, we never stopped working on it. From day one, our focus was on constant improvement. We listened closely to feedback from customers, players, coaches, and testers, and we refined every detail accordingly.

Throughout 2025, this ongoing development led to the release of Model 100, Model 98 S, and Model 98 Pro. With each new racket, our designs became more refined, more precise, and more intentional.

With Model 99 G2, we went back to the drawing board. Our goal was to create a racket without compromises — one that feels consistent and balanced, offers more free power, and delivers uniform stiffness and overall frame rigidity, while preserving the DNA and feel of the original Model 99. We revisited the string pattern repeatedly until we found the optimal balance between spin, power, and precision.

This process also led to improvements in the overall shape, resulting in a more aerodynamic frame that moves effortlessly through the air and never feels clunky. We redesigned the throat to be thinner and more comfortable to hold, especially for players who use a one-handed backhand.

Above all, our intention was to create a racket you can trust — one with a predictable response that can be enjoyed by a wide range of players and skill levels.

Model 99 G2 will include, as part of the package, a set of our latest TS127 Soft strings, a premium cover bag, and a stencil. As always, customers will be able to request their preferred specifications within the stated tolerances.

Every Nordicdots™ racket is factory-measured using the Austrian-engineered, precisely calibrated MetorTune machine from Metorlab. We record the weight, balance, and swing weight of every frame produced and label each one before packing. In addition, we maintain a customer database for all rackets sold through nordicdots.com, allowing us to select and match the most similar racket for each customer every time they order.

With Model 99 G2, we believe we’ve achieved something special: an elegant, timeless racket that preserves the raw, connected feel that defines the Nordicdots rackets' DNA.
