Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Please make sure to use our contry selector option to select your country/currency on the website to ensure the best experience. We ship from our warehouse in Luxembourg, European Union and deliver within 1-5 days to most of the countries.

Which shipping company do you use?

We deliver worldwide with FedEx Express.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above 100 EUR. For orders below, please review our prices on Delivery & Returns page.

When will you ship my order?

All the orders are fulfilled daily and handed over to FedEx at 16:00 CET, Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 16:00, most likely your order will be shipped the same day! If the order is placed during weekends, we will try to ship it the next business day.

My order is not delivered or delayed.

Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive FedEx tracking number. It is customers' responsibility to track the package and contact local FedEx to arrange delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If the request made before an order fulfilled we can help you to cancel or modify your order. Once the order is fulfilled, we can no longer cancel the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

I need to make a return.

We offer a 30-day return window from the day the package was received.
Returns are free for customers within EU, Switzerland, Norway and UK.
For customers from other countries, a return label fee of 15 EUR/USD will be deducted from the refund.

Step 1. Go to account.nordicdots.com

Step 2. Login to your account with your email used when placing the order.

Step 3. Choose the order and Request return for the items you wish to return.

Step 4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a FedEx return label by email. It will also be available in your account at account.nordicdots.com

Step 5. Make sure the items your are returning are unwornunused, with tags attached! Padel rackets must have the original protective film on the handle with the barcode and the racket should have no signs of use.

Step 6. Pack the items, attach the label and contact FedEx to schedule a pick up via Fedex.com > Shipping > Schedule pickups or, drop off the package at the nearest FedEx.


Note! 
Once we receive a return, products will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the items show signs of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached. Refunds may take up to 20 days from the day we receive the return.

I am outside of EU, how do I return?

The return process is the same. However, please don't forget to print a commercial invoice together with the return label.

Important! Only use FedEx return labels provided by us. Don't use any other shipping service.

I need to exchange size or colour.

We offer free exchanges. To make the process fast and easy, please make sure the item you are returning is in the original condition with no signs of use. Follow the steps to request a return from your account and put the comment to which size/color you wish to exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returning item, we will ship the exchange free of charge.

Can I return Padel racket?

If the racket is 100% unused, in original packaging and bag - it is eligible for a return. If the racket has signs of use or the handle protective film is removed - we won't accept the return.

Can I resell your products?

Please include your company name, website, tell us about your sales channels and quantities you need.
