We deliver worldwide with FedEx and offer free shipping on all orders above 100 EUR. See the table below for the detailed shipping info for each region.
All the orders are fulfilled daily and handed over to FedEx at 16:00 CET, Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 16:00, most likely your order will be shipped the same day!

Note! We reserve the right to charge up to €25 if the items are not collected on time and sent back.
For orders outside of EU, taxes and duties that may be incurred by each country on imported items are the customer’s responsibility. Custom fees that may occur are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If the items were not collected on time and were sent back, or if the customer doesn’t follow our return guidelines, we reserve the right to charge administration fees depending on the destination.
NEED TO RETURN?
We offer 30-day return window from the day the package was received.
Returns are free for customers within EU, Switzerland, Norway and UK. For customers from other countries, a return label fee of 15 EUR/USD will be deducted from the refund.
Step 1. Go to account.nordicdots.com
Step 2. Login to your account with your email used when placing the order.
Step 3. Choose the order and Request return for the items you wish to return.
Step 4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a FedEx return label by email. It will also be available in your account at account.nordicdots.com
Step 5. Make sure the items your are returning are unworn, unused, with tags attached! Padel rackets must have the original protective film on the handle with the barcode and the racket should have no signs of use.
Step 6. Pack the items, attach the label and contact FedEx to schedule a pick up via Fedex.com > Shipping > Schedule pickups or, drop off the package at the nearest FedEx.
Note! Once we receive a return, products will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the items show signs of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached. Refunds may take up to 20 days from the day we receive the return.
